Yes, that’s right, the beast is back!

We’re very glad to tell you that the technical issues that we were experiencing over the Christmas period have now been resolved (through much blood, sweat and tears) and Vixen 101 is back to being on air 24/7! We’re still fine tuning things so if you do hear anything that sounds out of place please excuse us as those are the wrinkles that we’re still ironing out.

Many thanks to our amazing listeners for their patience, and thanks again to Beverley FM for keeping everybody entertained at the times that we were unable to broadcast.

If you’ve been listening in today you’ll have noticed that we’re having some technical difficulties at Vixen Towers. We’ve turned things off and on again (and we’ve given them a tap with a hammer) but there’s still work to do.

In the meantime our friends at Beverley FM are helping us out and we will be broadcasting their shows on our FM frequency and online from 1:00pm today, although several of our live shows will still be going ahead – Keep your eyes on our social media pages for more information!

Great news! On Sunday evening The Fox’s Den Show was awarded the Outstanding Media Award at the Yorkshire Gig Guide’s Grassroots Awards for 2018! Thank you to everybody that voted for the show, we think that it’s richly deserved by Bill and the team.

Tune into The Fox’s Den Show on Friday nights at 9:00pm for three hours of award winning chat and music, with guests playing live in the studio in each week.

Vixen 101 will be repeating Max’s shows from this year’s Filey Folk Festival, which was held between Friday 4th and Monday 7th May 2018.

These shows will go out in four parts;
Part 1 – Monday 8th October—Repeated on Tuesday 6th
Part 2 – Monday 15th October—Repeated on Tuesday 16th
Part 3 – Monday 22nd October—Repeated on Tuesday 23rd
Part 4 – Monday 29th October—Repeated on Tuesday 30th

Please not that as these are repeat shows, some of the upcoming concerts that Max mentions will now have passed.
